🔄 TapFairyWand – Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition it was received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on:

  • Where to send your return

  • What to include in the shipment

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error


🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your item after approval and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank
